Information you provide
The website does not store intake-form contents. By default, the form prepares an email in your email application, and you choose whether to send it. Do not include privileged, regulated or highly sensitive operational data in the initial email. File attachments are not uploaded by this website.
How it is used
If you send the prepared email, we use its contents to understand your enquiry, assess whether the problem fits our work and respond to you. We do not sell this information. If a public form provider is introduced later, this notice will identify the provider and how it handles submissions.
Website measurement
This build contains a vendor-neutral analytics integration point but does not load a tracking service by default. If analytics is enabled, this notice should be updated with the provider, data collected, purpose and retention period.
Retention and access
Enquiry information should be retained only as long as needed to respond, evaluate a potential engagement and meet legal obligations. To request access, correction or deletion, contact the studio through the intake page and select “A new operational problem.”
Security and changes
Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used, but no internet transmission is risk-free. This notice may change when new tools or processing activities are introduced; the version date will be updated here.
